A quick and easy bite for everyday living or nutrition for a pre-race snack!
Oh my goodness, this is one of my new favorites! I tried this recipe at home by myself and showed my mom and husband. The next day, I made it for them both; now we're hooked!
Rice cakes, peanut butter, protein, banana, marshmallows and dark chocolate chips for a flavor packed bite! You'll need an air fryer and only 5 ingredients!
This recipe takes 5-7 min and I think two rices cakes per person is more than enough!
Your List of Ingredients (the best is, the amount of each ingredient is up to you!)
Peanut butter ( I love Tedddies)
Rice cakes
Optional Protein powder (1/2 scoop)
Mini marshmallows (1/2 cup)
Dark chocolate chips (small handful)
Banana (1/2 of a banana)
Step 1: Let’s Get Started
1) Pull out two lightly salted rice cakes.
2) Spread peanut butter on both rice cakes ( I mix in the protein powder with pb here).
3) Add as much or as little chocolate chips + marshmallow as you'd like to each rice cake.
4) Slice your banana and add to each rice cake.
Step 2:
Place rice cakes in the air fryer for 5 min at 400 degrees.
Step 3:
Allow to cool until warm and enjoy!!
